Who is Purely Radiant with Heather?
Hello there, beautiful friend. I’m Heather Gilligan the founder of Purely Radiant with Heather, a Seint Makeup Expert (Seint Artist), a mom, and a part-time dental hygienist! Welcome to my corner of the mature beauty and skincare world. I have successfully color matched hundreds of women over the years and am a top Beauty Advisor on the Makeup Over 50 Facebook Group (53k subscribers). For as long as I can remember, I have been captivated by makeup and skincare. Most of that was fueled by a desire to disguise my imperfect skin. When I was in my late twenties, I struggled with cystic acne and found myself doing “all the things” to make it go away and/or cover it up, while never achieving a good result.
Now at 54 years old, I’m dealing with finding better ways to heal my skin and minimize the look of past damage. I am on a mission to help other women feel beautiful and confident in their skin too.
Since being a Seint Artist for over three years now, I’ve honed my skill with IIID foundation, Demi Colour and Color Matching. The Seint philosophy aligns perfectly with my belief that makeup should amplify your natural radiance, not mask it. It’s all about embracing your beautiful features, filtering the distractions on our skin and celebrating our uniqueness.
Who is Heather Gilligan?
A little about me, my family and I live in Maryland, between Baltimore and D.C. but a part of my heart will always be in my home state of West Virginia. I am a registered dental hygienist, mom of two grown boys and one bonus daughter.
I recently got married to Ryan, my biggest cheerleader and designer of my website. I love this blended family of ours! These four special people motivate me to work with integrity and show up as my authentic self. When I’m not working, you can find me hiking, on the water or in my kitchen baking my latest obsession sourdough.
